MOSCOW, Jul 27 (PRIME) -- Russian state-run port owning organization Rosmorport plans to issue debut bonds, it said in a statement on Friday.
“The organization is being assessed for the first time to be assigned a credit rating: a high rating is crucial for the company before registration of a debut exchange bond program in order to place the first bond issue successfully,” Rosmorport said.
